  • WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE IT?

    Our Supreme Vegan blend has a quick uptake rate, so the optimal time to consume it is either an hour prior to working out or in the hour following it. This is because the body’s metabolism is at its highest, and your muscles fibres have been torn, leaving them in need of repair – which is where our Vegan Blend performs best.

    However, if you are looking to build serious muscle, one protein shake pre and/or post workout is not always enough – unless you are consistently eating very high protein foods. Thankfully, we created our Supreme Vegan Blend to be consumed throughout the day at any time (but across intervals of 2-4 hours) to ensure you hit your protein targets.

    For a 40g serving mix two scoops with 250- 300ml water or milk-substitute.
