Our Energy Drink Sachet has been designed to provide carbohydrates and electrolytes. This is to replace the fuel used during exercise and the salts lost during sweating. One sachet easily mixes with 500ml of water and provides you with 40g of carbohydrates. This is enough energy for 40-60 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.
The natural fruity flavour, provides a refreshing fruity taste that is easy to drink anytime during your workout. We have designed our energy drinks to be pH neutral, meaning they are kind on the stomach. This helps to remove any stomach upsets that can be linked with using Sports Nutrition.
All our energy drinks are produced in an Informed Sport certified manufacturing facility.
