Prices & Payment
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are at the current rates displayed however we reserve the right to alter any prices at any time without notice to you. If an order is placed and the checkout price is not correct prior to the acceptance of an order we are not required to sell the products at the indicated price. In the improbable event of this occurring, we will inform you at the earliest possible time, while giving you the option to accept the order with the updated price, changing the particular product/s or cancelling the whole order.
We operate with a Cash Upon Delivery process, thus making the whole transaction a safe one, were no personal credit card details are shared over the Internet.
Delivery
We currently offer a FREE delivery service to all Malta AND Gozo for all orders of €30 or over.
For those orders not exceeding €30 a delivery charge of €3 will apply or one will be given the option to add products to his cart in order to exceed the required minimum amount.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If a delivery charge will be applied we will inform you at the earliest possible time, while giving you the option to accept the order with the updated delivery price or cancel the order entirely.
Deliveries occur every Tuesday and Friday between 8am-4pm,
Once an order is placed and full address and contact details are given, someone from our team will get in touch to confirm the order and set a date and time that is convenient for both the client and the company.
In the scenario that you do not honour the above set agreement, we will get in touch to set another delivery date, we may however charge a delivery fee for this subsequent delivery at our own discretion, while always keeping you informed of such extra charges.
Cancellations and Returns
An order may either be cancelled;
- Before delivery has been effected by writing to us on [email protected]; or
- Once delivery has been effected by writing to us on [email protected] – one may cancel an order within 15 days from receipt of products.
We will only accept the cancellation of orders once delivery has been effected if the products to be returned are in the same EXACT condition to when they were received, no seals have been broken or opened and the contents is exactly the same as when the product was received.
Products may either be returned by you, by contacting us on [email protected] or 99991178 alternatively we may pick up any cancelled orders, with all costs relating to such pick up being borne by you.
Any charges to be borne by you will be deducted from the total sum owed by us to you, in the case that no charges apply, you will be refunded in full.
