Q: How do I shop online with TheSuppStore?

A: We’ve made supplement shopping easy for you, you can view products by category or jump straight to you favourite brand. Free advice is always available through product analysis, client reviews and contact us features. Once you have viewed the reviews and have made your choice simply place the items in your basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand side of the page) this will take you to three steps entering your details through to check-out.

Q: Are there any alternative shopping methods?

A: We are more than happy to process your order through any method you deem most comfortable; you can send us your order by email, facebook chat or even call us – we will take care of the rest.

Q: How do I register an account?

A: It’s Easy; find the supplements you require and click add to basket. Click on View cart / Checkout, this will lead you to the shopping cart. Once you have entered your personal details you will be required to enter a user name of your choice and a password. This can be used later to check past buying history or dispatch status.

Q. How do I read and use reviews?

A: Help other clients make their choice - Click on the supplement of your choice; then click the review tab. You can enter your own review to help other members find the best supplements in the future.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?

A: At TheSuppStore we pledge to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however store your email for any promotions or newsletters we may be issuing.

Q: Is Delivery FREE?

A: Yes – Delivery is absolutely FREE all around Malta (Extra charge for Gozo).

Q. Are all prices inclusive of VAT?

A: Yes - All prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable VAT

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Here at TheSuppStore we aim at delivering your supplements as fast as possible. 95% of our orders will be delivered within 24-72 hours, in the rare occasions that delivery time will be longer we will keep you fully informed.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?

A: It is 100% safe to shop with TheSuppStore.com.mt. Here at TheSuppStore we operate with a Cash Upon Delivery process, thus never exposing ours clients to any risks related to entering card details online – since none will be entered in the first place.

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?

A: Once an order is placed and address confirmed, one of our team members will be in touch to set a specific delivery date and time that is convenient for both the client and the company. It is important to enter ones full address details and contact numbers.

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address?

A: Yes you can, most of customers take advantage of this. Alternatively you can request on the shopping cart for your supplements to be left safe with a neighbour.

Q. Are all your items in stock? What happens if an item purchased is not in stock?

A: We try our best to keep our website as updated as possible, however with around 400-500 product combinations available this is not an easy task. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will immediately contact you and you may either choose  for the product to be back in stock, choose the same product but in a different flavour, choose a similar product or cancel the order entirely.

Q. I am interested in a particular brand or product however I cannot see it on your store, will you be able to get this for me?

A: If you are interested in a particular brand or product however you cannot see it, do not hesitate to ask as about it, we will try our best to source this product for you or advice you on a very similar product that we have in stock.

Q. Do you have a store I can walk in and purchase my order in person from?

A. For the time being no, we are an Online based store, and this allows us to cut out any unnecessary costs and provide the best prices on products.

Q. Do you offer student discount?

A. Yes we do, we have partnered up with ELSA Malta – the law student association here in Malta, and we offer a 10% discount on all Sci-Mx and Oatein products when being a member of this association and presenting the ELSA membership card.
